Beet Root Powder

Used as a natural substitute for artificial red coloring. The taste is slightly sweet that does not clash with other foods. One pound of beet powder re-hydrated equals to 9 pounds of fresh, unprepared beets. Use 1/3 cup water to re-hydrate 2 tbsp. of beet powder. Net weight 1.25 lb.
