Yoshihiro Imai worked for three years as head chef at Pizzeria Enboca in Kyoto, Japan. This book is a story of 'dishes & scenes' from his time in Enboca. He is focused on serving up great food but also interested in exploring the philosophy behind eating and living. In this beautiful book he visits some farms and friends in Kyoto to cook up some scrumptiously beautiful pizzas.
