Product Description
The seed-like fruit of Egyptian Coriander is collected in summer only when ripe, for the best flavor and aroma. The warm, nutty, slightly sweet and citrusy flavor of coriander seeds doesn’t fully develop until completely dried. These are dried in the shade, which helps protect their color, then cleaned by winnowing and shade-dried further. Our highest- grade seeds are light-colored, round and ribbed, with little splitting and a pleasantly strong aroma. Net weight: 0.5 lb.

Excellent, and Excellent Customer Service

I have been using the herbs and spices I purchased recently from Le Sanctuaire. Everything has been excellent thus far and I like the well-labelled containers. The customer service was especially excellent during the purchase process which included going above and beyond to price different shipping options and being very responsive. I'm looking forward to purchasing other herbs and spices from Le Sanctuaire in the future.

We bought the maxi size package which came in a zipper top bag which is handy - no need for us to re-package it. The coriander seed is fresh and smells wonderful. We made some coriander soda from this and the flavor is fabulous.
