Our Black Truffle Salt is a special blend of black truffles from Italy and hand-harvested sea salt. Known for their distinct aroma and flavor, these rare mushroom-like fungi are found within the roots of trees such as chestnut, oak or elm. The Italian black truffles for this salt were cultivated in small quantities and hand-picked one by one. Use it over egg dishes, pasta, risotto, roasted potatoes, pâté or foie gras, or sprinkled on buttered popcorn.

Upethi Balinese Sea Salt

Only the finest quality sea salt strictly adhered to centuries-old Balinese salt farming tradition qualifies as Upethi Balinese Sea Salt. No shortcuts! In the ancient Balinese Kingdom, this special salt is a tribute to the kings. Sea water is drip-filtered in brined sand and stored overnight before final evaporation in carved coconut wood vessels.
