Ginger Ground

This Chinese dried ginger has more lemony taste and less pungent than other varieties. It is harvested 9-10 months after planting, when it is fully mature, more pungent, and more fibrous. The skin is scraped off first before peeling and drying. Combines well with cardamom, cinnamon, and cloves. Net weight: 1 lb.
