Herbes de Provence - Longevity Collection

The most popular herb blend from the south of France, Herbes de Provence combine sweet with robust, floral with vibrant. Traditionally gathered from the mountainsides, they are dried, blended and used famously for dishes such as roast chicken, grilled meats and stewed vegetables such as ratatouille. Simmer the herbs in grapeseed oil with a little shallot, garlic and black pepper for an infused oil vibrant with the herbs’ fragrance.
