Black Truffle Salt
Our Black Truffle Salt is a special blend of black truffles from Italy and hand-harvested sea salt. Known for their distinct aroma and flavor, these rare mushroom-like fungi are found within the roots of trees such as chestnut, oak or elm. The Italian black truffles for this salt were cultivated in small quantities and hand-picked one by one. Use it over egg dishes, pasta, risotto, roasted potatoes, pâté or foie gras, or sprinkled on buttered popcorn.
Smoked Fleur de Sel
For the finest Smoked Fleur De Sel from France’s Brittany coast, saltmakers rake the purest, whitest crystals from the surface of the village’s salt ponds. After the salt crystallizes naturally from evaporation by sun and wind, it is smoked over natural oak wood. This delicate salt has a silken, flaky texture with a light brown color and a deep smoky flavor.

It takes about a week just to make a single batch! We use painstaking methods with special equipment to make the flavors homogenous. Tart, sweet, with salty umami-base note.
