Prunier par Alleno (French)

A menu designed by Yannick Alléno has established the legendary Prunier restaurant in Paris as the temple of French caviar and innovative gastronomy.

The same passion for seafood, the same taste for artistic creation, the same sense of innovation fuelled by a strong attachment to heritage bring together the chef and the great caviar house, who have joined forces to promote the French art of living. In the Art Deco décor of the Prunier restaurant, listed as a historic monument, one expects to see the Great Gatsby descending the staircase. This sumptuous setting has given rise to an original menu, a tribute to caviar in all its forms.

Yannick Alléno is a French chef who operates the restaurants Pavillon Ledoyen and L’Abysse in Paris, Pavyllon in London and Le 1947 in Courchevel. He has been awarded twelve Michelin stars in his career.
