Simplesse (Processed Whey Protien) should be more widely available!!

Simplesse was one of the first "fake" fats or fat substitutes. It is, by far, the best and safest of the fat substitutes as it's nothing more than processed whey protein as opposed to some altered chemistry. I just received it and supplemented a few foods with it including chocolate protein smoothy and cottage cheese. It improved the flavor and texture of all. Simplesse is and has been very difficult to find and Le Sanctuaire was the only vendor that I found. Amazon has it on their site but it appears to be continually out of stock. This would be a great product for healthfood stores to supplement their variety of protein powder supplements.
