Our Vadouvan Golden Mix is currently in very limited supply due to the extremely high demand. The Maxi size (1 lb jar) is available for pre-orders only: your order will be placed on the waiting list and we will ship it after it becomes available, usually in 2-3 weeks.

Vadouvan, which means “sun-dried spices”, is a unique blend of aromatics and curry spices that originated in Southern India – a region conquered 300 years ago by the French which is still reflected in their cuisine. Golden Vadouvan has been simplified to our taste. The key ingredients are onion, garlic, and shallot, to which we’ve added our special curry blend for a rich complexity. Be warned that Vadouvan is very intense! Use sparingly as an accent.

Vadouvan Golden Mix now also comes in our special Longevity jar made of thick, durable, unique glass which blocks out damaging light that causes decay. This airtight, light-proof jar blocks out harmful air, moisture, and light, protecting our spices and preserving their freshness. Our Longevity jar not only looks beautiful and elegant, but it's also completely reusable, eco-friendly, and will last for years. All spices in the Longevity collection come in refill packs, so you only need to get the Longevity jar once for each spice and then just get the refill packs when the spice runs out, reducing waste and creating a sustainable solution for your kitchen. Longevity jar size: 2" diameter, 3.5" high.
