Za'atar

Za’atar is a blend of sun-dried herbs used throughout the Middle East for centuries. Each househeld had its special variation (mothers might withhold their secret mixtures from even their own daughters), used to flavor meats and vegetables or as a dip with olive oil or to spread on pita. Sprinkle it on hummus, yogurt or even popcorn. Our fragrant salt-free blend is heavy on thyme, oregano and sesame seeds, with sumac for a tart lift.

Za’atar now also comes in our special Longevity jar made of thick, durable, unique glass which blocks out damaging light that causes decay.
