Bird's Eye Chili Whole

A small, very hot chili that is highly pungent. Use it to add 'pure heat' to a meal without very much chili flavor coming through. It's considered one of the hottest chilies (heat level: 100,000-225,000 Scoville Heat Units). Use great caution when handling these chili because of its heat. Commonly used in soups, stews, chicken dishes and hot sauces.
